ABOUT ME

Kenneth S. Ginsberg CCIM

A graduate of Georgetown University earning a BSBA degree in finance and accounting, and earning a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve Law School, Ken has extension experience in all facets of commercial and industrial real estate development, leases, acquisitions and brokerage.

Ken was a practicing real estate and business attorney for thirteen years in his own firm which focused on real estate and business workouts, foreclosures, small business counseling, business acquisitions and mergers, real estate closings, business plans.

 

His extensive knowledge of commercial loans came from 12 years in his own mortgage company specializing in commercial and residential nonconforming loans.

 

Most recently, he served as President of the Commercial Investment Division of the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors.

 

Ken has received annual awards from CID and from his brokerage firm for for highest sales and for vaious outstanding transactions.

 

Ken is an active participant in the local community and has served on the Board of Directors for The Jewish Community Center of Greater New Haven, West Haven Community House, Camp Laurelwood, West Haven Chamber of Commerce and the United Way Allocations Committee. He is currently serving on the BOD of B'nai B'rith Youth Organization and is responsible for the creation and solicitation for the endowment fund.

Ken is currently a licensed agent working with Houlihan Lawrence Wareck D'Ostilio Real Estate, LLC and has received numerous awards including Top Producer and the prestigious Emerald Award for High Production and add the HLWD office address of 174 Cherry Street, Milford, CT 06460.

Jeremy S. Goun

Having gone through the Honors College at Sacred Heart and Stony Brook University, Jeremy has been involved in all aspects of Connecticut real estate for a number of years since. Initially specializing in investment and multifamily, he has since branched out to industrial and retail sales, as well as leasing.

 

A small business owner himself with multiple storefronts throughout Connecticut, Jeremy’s interest in commercial real estate came about from an understanding of the needs of business owners and investors alike.

 

Jeremy spent the first half of his career in Fairfield County, but has since expanded to New Haven county as well. He is a member of CID, NAR, and multiple local chambers of commerce.

 

A Division 1 collegiate athlete, Jeremy was a nationally ranked fencer and multiple time Junior Olympian. He owns several fencing academies and has coached at several high schools and colleges in the region. He has been the Chairman of the Connecticut Division of Team USA Fencing for over a decade. He is also the director of the Connecticut Fencing Foundation which provides access to the sport of fencing to underprivileged youth in Norwalk, Bridgeport and New Haven.
